Short description:
Day 1: Pick up from your hotel at 6 AM and private transport to Pocpa where our donkeys and donkey drivers will be waiting for us. From there we walk approximately 3-4 hours to Jahuacocha
Day 2: Approx. 6-7 hours hiking to the high camp on the glacier between Rasac and Yerupaja.
Briefing about the attack with your guide and preparation of your pack for tomorrow.
Day 3: We get up at 1:00 AM to have breakfast (or maybe only drink a cup of coffee) and get dressed. At 2 AM we start climbing to reach the summit approximately 5-6 hours later. Descend to the high camp.
Day 4: Walk back from the high camp to Llamac where our private transport will take you back to Huaraz for your well-deserved shower.
